Bottom line: We highly recommend Hania! We rate her with 6 stars because she went way beyond our expectations for a broker. We needed to sell our parent's house, but we were not looking forward to it. Like most people, there were a lot of other things occupying our time and interest at the moment. So we looked for a broker that would take care of everything. And that's exactly what Hania did. We didn't know any brokers and it was difficult to distinguish one from another from just reading the Yelp and Zillow reviews - nearly all brokers had 5-star reviews. Fortunately, someone we trusted referred her to us. My sister and I interviewed 3 real estate brokers and we both came to the same conclusion that Hania really stood out. During the sale of the house, we kept saying that we absolutely made the right choice and how so very fortunate to have Hania represent us. There are many reasons to have Hania as your broker see other reviews. Here are a few of the main ones for us: She was a joy to work with. She is exceptionally personable, easy to talk to. Yet, she's was tough, tenacious, and persistent when she needed to be with contractors, other brokers, and the many other people involved in the sale. She was extremely responsive to all questions and her communication was concise and clear. She checked with us at appropriate times and her emails were well written with just the right amount of information. She always followed through on the commitments she made. She made us feel like we were her only client, even though she had several other clients at that time. She met with us at our convenience and was always on time. She orchestrated the many contractors that were needed to get the house ready, arranging to meet them, and verifying their work. Hania is an incredible resource for contractors, landscapers, handymen, and the like. We could tell she had a great rapport with them. She provided wonderful suggestions but was always willing to do something different if that is what we wanted. She demonstrated that she is extremely competent in all phases that are needed for a broker. She knows her business. Hard worker: incredibly efficient and effective with her and our time. She's genuine, has integrity, and a great perspective on things real estate and otherwise.

Hania did an amazing job of holding our hands through the home purchase experience, from explaining the process, to helping us find an excellent mortgage agent, to pointing out subtle strengths or flaws in the houses we visited, to structuring our offers, and to keeping our spirits up when an offer was rejected. We appreciated Hania's flexibility we switched from buying as a duo to buying as a trio mid-process, her patience, her attention to detail, her responsiveness, and her depth of knowledge. She consistently went out of her way to accommodate our needs. We always felt like we were her top priority and that she wanted us to find the best home for us no matter what it took. Hania has hustle too: We saw our first house with her within two hours of meeting her at 8 PM on a Friday because we were excited about the house and the offer review date was approaching. She helped us prepare an offer for that house within a week of first meeting her (including loan pre-approval from the awesome mortgage agent she recommended to us). We lost that house to an all-cash offer but our eventual purchase was successful because Hania realized the seller was open to early offers by proactive buyers so she helped us get a winning offer together (including sewer scope and inspection) within three days of the house going on the market. On top of all this, Hania is just a great person to be around. She's cheerful, friendly, encouraging, and has some great stories. We can't imagine a more fun real estate agent. We're so grateful we met her and look forward to working with her again in the future.

Hania helped me buy a beautiful condo in Belltown in Seattle and although I grew very attached and loved it, I didn't want to stay in Seattle indefinitely. I didn't even consider anyone else when considering who to work with to sell my place. As soon as I told Hania of my plans to move to Portland and my desire to enlist her help to sell my Seattle condo, she was on it. She created a tight deadline for cleaning, painting, staging, and then listing by the end of March. Soon after I moved out of Seattle in mid-March, a global pandemic enveloped the world and hit Seattle hard. I was thinking I'd have to wait to list my property since initially, open houses were canceled and restrictions seemed to make it more difficult to view units. Hania assured me that everything would work out and advised me to stick to the timeline. It was comforting and because she's been in the biz for a while and does such a thorough and impeccable job, I trusted her. Can you believe it? Within four days of listing my home, I had a strong offer and two others in the funnel. The offer I accepted came in more than the listing price! After that, everything went smoothly and I closed five weeks after listing. This was during a global pandemic! Not only is she incredible at her job, but she's become a friend in the process. She's kind and patient and was so understanding of how hard it was to leave my Seattle home. She gets it and gets so many other things too.

Hania is an outstanding broker! I wasn't planning on buying a home but when I came across the perfect condo, I realized it might be time to buy. My first call was to Hania, and it was the perfect call. She dropped everything to come to the open house the next day, immediately researched similar properties to advise me on the pricing of the condo, and had a few other places to show me. I was a first-time homebuyer and I was so thankful for Hania's advice at every step. I could not have done it without her. She explained each aspect of the process, and I never felt like I was blindly signing papers. Her background as an attorney helps her explain the different contract clauses and gave me a lot of confidence as I moved through the otherwise-bewildering home buying process. I was in touch with her throughout the process with all types of questions and she never made me feel like I was a burden. She always said "Are you kidding me? I love this!" Whether this is your first time buying a home or whether you've been doing it for decades, Hania will make the process as easy as possible. She's also a great negotiator, which I particularly appreciated! If I ever want to upgrade from a condo to a house, my first call will definitely be to Hania.

We found Hania solely through Yelp reviews. Hania is an exceptional real estate agent, and helped us navigate the process in the most stressful of scenarios: as first time home buyers, purchasing in Seattle during the COVID pandemic, and also purchasing a property sight unseen due to strict travel restrictions and is located in Cleveland at that time. Hania became our eyes and ears, our advisor, and real estate agent all in one. Although never meeting Hania in person, but both my husband and I felt immediately comfortable with her after our first phone conversation with her and felt she was knowledgeable, personable, and really understood what we were looking for. Since we were not able to see the property in person, we had to trust Hania completely. She did an amazing job filling in for us to view the property, being present at the inspection, arrange for repairs with the HOA, navigating a multiple offers situation, etc. She was transparent and very responsive and we were very pleased with how fast and efficient the entire process moved along. Overall, we are very pleased with Hania, as well as with the property we purchased. We will definitely be contacting her in the future if we have further plans to purchase in the Seattle area.
