There are many reasons to have Hania as your broker see other reviews. Here are a few of the main ones for us: She was a joy to work with. She is exceptionally personable, easy to talk to. Yet, she's was tough, tenacious, and persistent when she needed to be with contractors, other brokers, and the many other people involved in the sale. She was extremely responsive to all questions and her communication was concise and clear. She checked with us at appropriate times and her emails were well written with just the right amount of information. She always followed through on the commitments she made. She made us feel like we were her only client, even though she had several other clients at that time. She met with us at our convenience and was always on time. She orchestrated the many contractors that were needed to get the house ready, arranging to meet them, and verifying their work. Hania is an incredible resource for contractors, landscapers, handymen, and the like. We could tell she had a great rapport with them. She provided wonderful suggestions but was always willing to do something different if that is what we wanted. She demonstrated that she is extremely competent in all phases that are needed for a broker. She knows her business. Hard worker: incredibly efficient and effective with her and our time. She's genuine, has integrity, and a great perspective on things real estate and otherwise.
