In lieu of traditional housewarming presents, after the close of any sale I give my clients funds to donate to the charity of their choice. The way I see it, if we are all lucky enough to be a part of the home buying process then we almost certainly have enough to share with others who need it more than we do. In these challenging times, that has likely never been truer.

There are tens of thousands of charities worldwide to choose from and if you don’t already have a favorite charity or are just interested in learning about new ones, the portal will make it easy for you do so. So if you work with me, you should expect to receive an email after our transaction closes that will lead you through the process of completing your donation (who you donate to is completely confidential and even I won’t know where the money goes).
